ANALISIS DAMPAK PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK (SIAKAD) TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS ADMINISTRASI KAMPUS DI STKIP HARAPAN BIMA

Abstrak
Sistem Informasi Akademik (Siakad) telah diimplementasikan di STKIP Harapan Bima untuk meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi kampus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Siakad terhadap empat indikator utama: efisiensi waktu, kualitas layanan, aksesibilitas data, dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, melibatkan 50 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, dosen, dan staf administrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Siakad memberikan pengaruh positif dengan rata-rata skor tinggi pada semua indikator. Efisiensi waktu dan aksesibilitas data merupakan indikator yang paling diapresiasi oleh pengguna, sementara kendala utama yang ditemukan adalah konektivitas internet yang tidak stabil dan error sistem. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas Siakad, diperlukan perbaikan infrastruktur jaringan, pembaruan sistem secara berkala, dan pelatihan teknis bagi pengguna baru. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi penting bagi pengembangan Siakad sebagai alat pendukung administrasi kampus yang lebih efisien dan efektif di masa depan.
