Pengaruh Aplikasi berbagai Konsentrasi ZPT Giberelin terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Anggrek

Abstract

Orchid plants are one of the plants that have broad prospects and are of great importance in the international ornamental plant trade. The growth of orchids can be increased by the application of gibberellins growth regulators (ZPT), which function to stimulate plant growth. This research was conducted in September-November 2021 at the Green House of UMS Rappang, Sidrap Regency. The study used a randomized block design (RAK) with treatment 4 and 3 replications so that there were 12 experimental units. The treatments consisted of (N0) control, (N1) 100 mg/L, (N2) 150 mg/L and (N3) 200 mg/L. The results showed that ZPT gibberellins had no significant effect on the growth of cattleya orchids. Auxin concentration treatment of 200 mg/L was able to increase plant height and treatment of 150 mg/L auxin concentration was able to increase the number and area of ​​leaves.
